Department of Physiotherapy at IEC University was established in the year 2014. The Department offers 4.5 years undergraduate course i.e. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) since 2014, and two years post graduate course i.e. Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Orthopaedics, CardioPulmonary Sinces, Sports and Neurology . The Department is dedicated to deliver comprehensive education and training in the field of physiotherapy. This department is endowed with physiotherapy OPD, exemplary Consultation, assessment rooms, treatment labs, projector and digital classrooms which enables to provide students with global level education. The Department comprises of well qualified and experienced Faculty members who possess a passion for teaching, research, and clinical practice. The teachers/mentor is dedicated towards providing quality education, career counselling and fostering physiotherapy professionalism in the students. Students are encouraged to engage in evidence-based clinical research projects, during their degree programs. These projects are integral to developing critical thinking and research skills, preparing students for careers in clinical practice, research, or academia. Beyond academics, the Department emphasizes the overall development of students. We encourage participation in extracurricular activities, sports, youth programs, and cultural events. These activities help in building confidence, leadership skills, and enhancing the overall personality of our students.
