Description: This conference was organized by IEC School of Pharmacy at IEC University, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh on 10th and 11th September 2021 through physical presence and virtual mode. Total of 14 national and international speakers delivered their speech on various scientific topics related to Pharmaceutical Sciences mainly on Quality by Design in Pharmaceutical Research, Cancer and its possible treatment, Pharmaceutical Regulatory affair, Remedies for Covid-19, Pharmaceutical Quality Systems, Role of Nanoparticals for management of antimicrobial disease.The conference head given a platform to the scientist researcher, academicians, Pharma industry experts and students to share their knowledge and interact with each other which might create new research possibility.
Event Name: Online Lecture on the occasion of World no Tobacco Day

Description: IEC School of Pharmacy of IEC University Himachal Pradesh has organized an online session on theme "COMMIT to QUIT" at WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY celebrated on 31st May, 2021. The purpose of this session was to discourage the use of tobacco in any form and spread the awareness. Around 52 participants including students and teachers were attended the session online through ZOOM.

Description: On 05th of June, 2021 IEC SCHOOL OF PHARMACY conducted 2 successful sessions virtually. One was "Online Quiz" and another was "Pharma Industry Expert's Talk". In Online Quiz, around 100 participants showcased their talent. "Pharma Industry Expert's talk" was hosted through "Google Meet" where Sh. Sudipta Banerjee, Director, Allign Consultancy Services Pvt. Students were introduced to various Departments of pharmaceutical industry by Mr. Akhilash (Production Manager) and he shared his knowledge about production of medicine. Student were also introduced by various types of Packaging of medicine such as Blister Packaging, Alu-Alu Packaging, strip Packaging and Dry syrup Packaging etc.

Description: The IEC school of Pharmacy had organized an industrial visit on 30th of November to Alaina Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. for the B. Pharmacy students. All in all there were 25 students of 5th Semester and 15 Students from 7th semester who actively participated in the visit. A brief introduction about the company was given by Mr. Rakesh Dhiman and students were taken to different sections of the manufacturing area like Dispensing, Day store, manufacturing area of general products, manufacturing area of oral hygiene products, Cleaned Equipment area, washing area, Quarantine, lotion filing and tube filling sections. The students learned about the various procedures regarding dispensing, storage of dispensed raw material, manufacturing of topical products, storage of semi-finished products and primary packaging filling of creams and lotions

The fresher’s party with the theme of “Starline” was filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter and happiness. The programme started by welcome speech by Prof.Dr.Jitender Singh, Dean IEC school of Pharmacy. Various games were organized and the awards were given to all the participants.
